RGB and RGB+W require separate controllers and do not sync with each other. The digital rock lights described below sit on the RGB+W side of that choice.

Analog rock lights: Analog RGB+W rock lights use a continuous signal to control the color and brightness of the LEDs. While this method is straightforward, it has some limitations:

A scope note on Connex. Connex Pro and Connex Lite run on the Rhino RGB system only. They do not control Axion rock lights or Rhino 3.0 RGB+W whips. If you are building on the RGB+W system, turn, brake and reverse come from the RGB+W controller — not from a Connex board.
