1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any Rhino Lights LLC (“Rhino Lights,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or purchase our products.

2. Products & Manufacturing

Rhino Lights LLC designs, engineers, and assembles lighting products in the United States. While many of our products are manufactured and assembled in-house, some components, materials, or subassemblies may be sourced globally.

We are responsible for the workmanship and performance of the finished product as defined in our warranty, but we are not responsible for defects, failures, or limitations inherent to third-party or globally sourced components beyond the scope of our stated warranty.

3. Product Use & Installation Disclaimer

Rhino Lights products are aftermarket components intended for off-road, recreational, or specialty vehicle use unless otherwise stated. Installation requires mechanical and electrical knowledge.

• Improper installation may result in damage to the product, vehicle, or other components
• Installer and end user assume all risks associated with installation and use
• Rhino Lights is not responsible for vehicle damage, electrical system damage, or personal injury caused by improper installation or misuse

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

Some products may be built-to-order or produced in limited runs. Lead times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping dates are estimates only. Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Rhino Lights is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. Any shipping-related claims must be filed with the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return eligibility, restocking fees, and cancellation terms are governed by our published Return & Warranty policies. Installed, modified, damaged, or custom-built products may not be eligible for return.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Rhino Lights provides a limited warranty as described on our Warranty page. Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhino Lights LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle damage
• Loss of use or downtime
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhino Lights LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use, installation, modification, or resale of our products.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, firmware, software, patterns, PCB layouts, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Rhino Lights LLC and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or used without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services & Components

Our products may interface with third-party components, controllers, vehicles, software, or services. Rhino Lights is not responsible for compatibility issues, failures, or damages caused by third-party products or systems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Rhino Lights LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site or products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
