Modular pod lights. Run one, pair them, or bolt up to twenty together into a bar you specify. 24,000 lux measured at 4 ft from the finished pod — not a datasheet figure. Every pod ships the same spot optic; choose the color combination that suits your build.
Our CNC billet aluminum pod lights — a modular lighting platform, not a fixed light bar. Start with one, run a pair, or bolt them end to end into exactly the width your build needs. At 2.6 inches wide each, the pods link together with our flat, 5° and 10° brackets, so you can set the angle at every joint and shape the beam rather than accept the one a moulded bar gives you.
Measured performance: 24,000 lux at 4 ft from the finished pod, with the production optic installed. A second reading at 89 in resolves to the same beam intensity — approximately 36,000 candela — which is how we know the figure holds. Each pod draws a measured 2.5 amps at 14.4 volts, about 36 watts. We publish the measurement, the distance, and how we got the number. Measuring total lumens properly needs an integrating sphere, and we do not own one, so we do not publish a lumen figure and call it measured.
Built around a high-output Cree XHP70.3 emitter behind a precision LEDiL TIR optic, on a board we designed and firmware we wrote, in a housing we machine in North Carolina. The housing bolts together behind a removable bezel, so a damaged pod in a linked run comes out and a new one goes in while the rest of the assembly stays on the vehicle.
