Warranty Details

Shipping Requirements

All warranty claims must use our automated RMA system and ship to our facility. No local drop-offs accepted. Customer responsible for transit damage.

Coverage & Repairs

We evaluate each repair request individually. Coverage applies to original receipt holder only and is non-transferable.

Typical causes we see: Impacts, collisions, installation issues, normal wear and tear. Component shortages may limit repair availability.

Discontinued & Legacy Products

Discontinued products are not covered under warranty. If a claim is needed, we may offer a credit percentage of original purchase (minus shipping) over 12 months from purchase. Credits valid 30 days, non-transferable.

Clearance items: Sold as-is, working condition. Not serviceable. All sales final.

Installation Requirements

Failure to follow our recommended installation procedures voids warranty and releases us from liability due to negligence.
